Watermelon ice-cream
Βήμα 1
Place 500 g watermelon into mixing bowl and chop 5 seconds/speed 5.

Add 50 g sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract and set thickening function/80°C. Transfer in a bowl and set aside to cool down for 1.5 hour.

Insert butterfly whisk. Add 500 g fresh cream into mixing bowl set speed 3 without setting time, until desired stiffness is achieved, watching carefully to avoid overwhipping.

Add watermelon mixture into mixing bowl and mix 5 seconds/speed 3. Transfer mixture into a freezer-proof container and place into freezer.
