ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
CHIA 'EGG'
Βήμα 1
Put in a small bowl 10gr chia seeds with 25gr lukewarm water. Leave it on the side for 15 minutes. A gel will be created. This is chia 'egg'.
FRITTERS

Put 560gr zucchini in the mixing bowl and chop

Put the zucchini in the simmering basket with a little salt and leave it on the side or 15 minutes approximately. The salt will help release the excess water from the zucchini.

Put 200gr brown onions and 1 garlic clove, 25gr parsley leaves and mix. Then put them in a big bowl.

Put 50gr margarine in the mixing bowl and melt

Now squeeze the zucchini with your hands and drain off excess water. Place the squeezed zucchini into the bowl with the onions.

Then put the zucchini mixture in the mixing bowl. Add the chia 'egg'. 150gr flour, 15gr nutritional yeast, 1.5 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon onion powder and mix.

Remove the mixture from the mixing bowl and put it in a big bowl. Then put it in the fridge for one hour approximately to help the mixture harden.

Put parchment paper on a baking tray and pre heat oven to 180 degrees.

Remove the bowl from the fridge and scoop out 16 fritters and put them on the baking tray.

Bake for 20 minutes on the one side and 15 minutes on the other side.

You can use plain flour instead of whole wheat flour.

You can omit chia 'egg' if you dont want to use it.
