ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
CREAM LAYER

Put 70gr raw unsalted cashews in warm water and let them soak for 5-6 hours.
BASE

TOPPING

Put in the mixing bowl 55gr raw hazelnuts and mix for half second. Put parchment paper in a small baking tray and then put the crashed hazelnuts inside. Leave aside.

Put in the mixing bowl 170gr hazelnut butter and 200gr maple syrup and mix

TOPPING

Pre heat oven to 160 degrees.

Before you eat the dessert remove it from the freezer for at least 25 minutes so that you can cut it easier.
ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΣ

Its better to make the tart a day ahead because it needs time to be done and the mixture to freeze well. Its totally worth it !!!

ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ

You can make your own hazelnut butter. Put 300gr raw unsalted hazelnuts in the oven and roast for 10 minutes to 200 degrees. . Then remove from the oven, let them cool and remove their skin. Put in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 minutes stopping every 30 seconds to scrape down the sides with the aid of spatula. Use as much as the recipe requires and put the rest in the fridge.
