VEGAN FISH ROE SALAD!

Put in the mixing bowl 70gr brown onions cut in 4, 120gr washed and rinsed chickpeas from a tin, 100gr olive oil, 30gr lemon juice and mix.

Scrape down the sides using the aid of spatula and mix again.

Put in a big bowl lukewarm water and put inside 4gr of nori sheets. Leave them inside for 1-2 minutes and then squeeze well to remove excess water. Put nori sheets in the mixing bowl. Add 60gr of stale bread in the same bowl you used for nori sheets and leave inside for a few seconds. Then squeeze well to remove excess water and add the bread in the mixing bowl. Mix
