You can save the dough that will be left over from the tart and bake it in the oven to garnish the tart at the end.
– Instead of caramelized almonds, you can use roasted almonds in the pastry dough.
– For the garnish, you can use roasted almonds or pistachios instead of caramelized almonds.
– You can replace the berries with other forest fruits plain red or dipped in chocolate.
