Dough

Place 250 g strained yogurt, 250 g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 15 g olive oil into mixing bowl and mix 5 seconds/speed 5.

Then, knead 5 minutes/dough function.

Pre-heat oven to 180 C. Cover an oven tray with baking paper and shape dough on top, in a rectangle 30 x 20 cm with floured hands.

Brush entire surface with 10 g olive oil. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. Cover dough with 85 g feta cheese in pieces of 5 cm and 6-8 halved cherry tomatoes.

Bake in pre-heated oven (180 C) for 35 minutes. Garnish with 5-6 mint leaves and serve immediately.
ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ

Replace feta cheese with 85 g motsarella balls and add 10 g balsamic vinegar.
Replace cherry tomatoes with 85 g mushrooms in slices and add 30 g spinach leaves.
