Spinach rice with feta and dill

Put in the mixing bowl 500gr water. Place Varoma in its position and weight 500gr spinach. Cover with the varoma lid and steam 15min/ Varoma/ speed 1

Remove the varoma and set the varoma aside. Clean and dry the mixing bowl.

Put 65gr. Spring onions, 50gr dill, 1 clove of garlic, 50gr. Olive oil in the mixing bowl. Place the measuring cup and chop 10 sec/speed 5. Clean the sides of the bowl with spatula

Place the basket on top of the mixing bowl and sauté 4 min/120°C /speed1

Add the broth paste, the remaining 500gr. Water, spinach, 200gr. Rice, 1 tsbp salt, 1 pinch pepper, mix with spatula. Place the basket on the top of the mixing bowl and cook 18min/100°C/ reverse motion/ speed spoon
Βήμα 6
Transfer to a bowl, add the zest of lemon and 150gr feta in pieces, mix with spatula. Allow to absorb any liquid before serving
