PREPARATION
FLAXSEED 'EGGS'
Step 1
Put 15gr ground flaxseeds with 50gr lukewarm water in a small bowl, stir with a spoon and set aside for 15 minutes. A gel will be created. This is flaxseed egg.
BARS
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 170 degrees

Put 190gr apples cut in 4 in the mixing bowl and chop

Put flaxseed eggs in mixing bowl along with 55gr coconut sugar, 100gr oat flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, zest from 1 lemon, 35gr olive oil, 150gr coconut milk and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and mix

Add in mixing bowl 10gr baking powder and mix again

Put parchment paper in a loaf tin and put the mixture in from the mixing bowl.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until they are a bit brown on top.
Step 7
Remove from the oven, let it cool and then cut in bars. Enjoy!
TIPS

If you dont have oat flour you can make it yourself. Before you start making the recipe, put 100gr oat flakes in mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 10. Put the flour in a bowl and then continue with the recipe and chopping apples.
