PREPARATION
Sea bream with spinach rice
Step 1
In a bowl, place 0.5 tsp salt, 20 g olive oil, lemon zest and stir. Brush sea bream fillets with marinade and set aside.

Place 200 g onions, cut into pieces 4 cm and 30 g olive oil into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.

Then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 2.

Place 400 g tomatoes, quartered and chop 5 sec/speed 6.

Add 200 g rice, 1 tbsp homemade vegetable stock, 1 tsp dried mint and 300 g water, insert Varoma into position and cook 10 min/Varoma/reverse mode/speed 1.

Add 200 g spinach, stir with spatula, insert again Varoma into position and cook 10 min/Varoma/reverse mode/speed 1.
