Salmon with vegetable rice and Hollandaise sauce

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Salmon
Βήμα 1
In a bowl marinate salmon fillets with 25 g olive oil, 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch pepper. Cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.
Vegetable rice

Place 50 g onion, 50 g carrot, 50 g red pepper, 20 g olive olive oil and chop 5 seconds/speed 5.

Sauté 5 minutes/120°C/speed 1.

Add 250 g rice, 500 g water, 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper and set rice cooker function. Meanwhile carry on with salmon fillets.

Heat pan to warm on medium fire. 2. Add salmon fillets and allow to golden brown (3-4 minutes each side). Transfer into a serving dish and set aside.
Hollandaise sauce
Βήμα 1
Place 10 g water, 10-20 g vinegar, 150 g butter, 4 egg yolks, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper and set rice thicken function/80°C. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.Serve with salmon fillets and vegetable rice/
