Pork fillet with potatoes and Brussel sprouts
Βήμα 1
Place a bowl on mixing bowl cover and weigh in 2 pork fillets (300 g each), 20 g olive oil, 90 g bbq sauce, 50 g Worcestershire sauce, 30 g sweet chili sauce, 20 g soy sauce, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.

Place 1000 g water in mixing bowl. Place simmering basket into position and weigh in 300 g Brussel sprouts. Place Varoma into position, add 500 g potatoes into Varoma dish and season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sweet paprika. Place Varoma tray into positon add marinated pork fillets and steam 30 min/Varoma/speed 2. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.

You can marinate the pork fillets the day before and refrigerate until needed.
