1. You can use any nut butter you prefer. Almond butter, cashew butter or hazelnut butter.
2. You can make your own peanut butter. Put in the oven 250gr (or more) raw unsalted peanuts and roast for 10 minutes to 200 degrees. Then remove the shell and put them in the mixing bowl. Mix for 3 minutes stopping every 30 seconds to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with the aid of spatula. You can also add some salt. Use as much as the recipe requires and keep the rest in the fridge.
