Peanut butter chocolate cookies
Βήμα 1
Pre heat oven at 180 C. Cover baking tray with silicone mat or baking paper and set aside.

Place into bowl 125 g unsalted butter cut in pieces, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 egg, 125 g brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 200 g plain flour and mix 30 sec/speed 5.

Add 50 g chocolate chips and mix 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Shape a heaped spoon of dough into a ball and place into prepared tray. Repeat with remaining dough. Gently press each ball into a cookie shape and bake for 12 minutes (180 C).

Allow to cool down for 5 minutes and transfer to rack (30 minutes) to cool down completely before serving.
