1. Weigh bananas when they are frozen. If you dont have frozen bananas then cut 3 medium bananas in pieces and put them in the freezer in a zip bag for 3 hours before you start making the recipe.
2. Its better to cut half cubes first and then dip them in half melted chocolate. Then remove the other half cubes from the freezer and do the same with the rest. When ice cream bites are out of the fridge they tend to soften quickly. You dont want that to happen while you dip them in the chocolate because you wont have a good result in the end. So, do it twice in half doses.
You can use any nut butter you prefer. Almond, cashew or hazelnut butter.
