Orange and hazelnut mini chocolates

Filling

Line a rectangular baking tray (20 x 12 cm) with baking paper and set aside.

Place 400 g milk chocolate cut into pieces into mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 6.

Remove measuring cup and melt 10 min/50° C/speed 2.

Add 60 g hazelnuts peeled, roasted and chopped, orange zest and 50 g orange juice into mixing bowl and mix 5 min/ reverse/speed 2.

Transfer into prepared tray and spread the mixture evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Clean and dry mixing bowl. 10 minutes before time ends continue with the glaze.
Glaze

Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.

Place 300 g dark chocolate cut into pieces into mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 6. Activate the scales, remove 100 g ground chocolate from mixing bowl and set aside.

Remove measuring cup and melt chocolate 5 min/50° C/speed 2. Meanwhile, unmold the filling onto a chopping board and cut into 36 equal pieces.

Add the 100 g ground chocolate you have set aside and melt 5 min/50 C/speed 2.

Transfer to a bowl and dip the filling pieces into the melted chocolate. Using a fork, transfer the coated pieces to the prepared tray.

Refrigerate to set before serving.
ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΣ
Substitute hazelnuts with any other nut.
When filling is set, shape into balls instead of cutting into 36 equal pieces and then coat with melted chocolate.
