Βήμα 1
Grease gently a siliform and set aside.

Place 200 g olives, 50 g onion and cut 2 sec/spreed 5. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.

Place 300 g water, 20 g olive oil, 10 g instant yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and heat 2 minutes/37C/speed 3.

Add 300 g strong flour, 200 g plain flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 200 g chopped olives and onions and mix 40 sec/speed 4.

Add 1 teaspoon dry mint and knead 3 min/dough function. Transfer bowl into greased siliform, cover with kitchen towel and set aside for 30 minutes..

Pre-heat oven at 180C.
Βήμα 7
Bake bread for 40 minutes. Allow to cool down for 10 minutes before transferring onto a rack. Allow to cool down completely before serving.
