Multigrain toast bread
Βήμα 1
Pre-heat oven at 190C. Grease a bread toast mould (30 cm) and set aside.

Place 400g water, 10 g yeast, 12 g sugar and mix 5 seconds/speed 3.

Add 480 g wholewheat flour, 200 g flour, 10 h salt, 25 g powdered milk, 150 g mixed seeds, 25 g vegetable butter and mix 5 minutes/dough function. Allow dough to rest in mixing bowl for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle few mixed seeds at the bottom of bread mold. Transfer dough into mold, brush with water, garnish with mixed seeds and close mold with lid. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Bake in pre-heated oven (190C) for 35 minutes. Allow to cool down for 5 minutes and remove from mold.
