ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
MUG LAVA CAKE
Βήμα 1
Pre heat oven to 175 degrees and grease 2 ramekins with a diameter of 11-12cm.

Put in the mixing bowl 100gr oat flour, 50gr almond flour, 70gr brown sugar, 20gr cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix

Put a glass on the mixing bowl and weigh in 175gr almond milk. Put inside 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and stir with a spoon. Then pour this mixture in the mixing bowl.

Add in the mixing bowl 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 80gr ripe banana cut in pieces. Mix

Divide the mixture in 2 greased ramekins. Then put 40gr of dark chocolate cut in squares in the center of each ramekins and press down.

Bake to 175 degrees for 18 minutes. Leave out for 10 minutes to cool a little bit and then sprinkle on top powdered sugar. Enjoy!
ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ
1. If you dont have oat flour you can make your own. Put 100gr oat flakes in the mixing bowl and ground for 7 seconds on speed 7.
2. You can make 1 cake instead of 2 but your ramekin has to have a diameter of 15cm.
