Mini jam tarts
Βήμα 1
Place 35 g brown sugar into mixing bowl and grind 8 sec/speed 10.

Add 100 g unsalted butter cut in pieces, 140 g flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar and mix 20 sec/speed 5. Shape into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Pre-heat oven (180 C), grease a cup bun mold and set aside.

In between two pieces of baking paper roll out dough (3mm thick). With the help of a cookie cutter (diameter 8cm) cut dough into discs. Transfer each disk into cup bun mold, covering sides as well. Pinch with a fork and bake for 10 minutes (180 C).

Remove cup bun mold without turning off the oven. Fill each mini-tart with 1 teaspoon of jam and spread evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes (180 C)

Allow to cool for 10 minutes and transfer mini tarts to a rack to cool down completely before serving.
