Lentil soup with vinegar
Βήμα 1
Place 50 g carrot cut into pieces, 50 g cerler stalk cut into pieces, 10 g coriander cut into pieces, 100 g quartered tomato, 100 g quartered onion into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Insert basket and weigh inside 300 g lentils. Rinse under running water and set aside.

Insert butterfly whisk. Place the lentils you set aside and 1300 g water into mixing bowl and cook 15 min/100 C/reverse mode/speed 0.5.

Add chopped vegetables set aside and 2 teaspoons salt and cook 10 min/100 C/reverse mode/speed 0.5.

Add 50 g vinegar, 1/2 tsp pepper and mix 10 sec/reverse mode/speed 0.5.

Βήμα 6
Remove butterfly whisk, transfer to soup turine, add some vinegar and olive oil according to taste and serve immediately.
ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΣ
Accompany with olives and toasted bread.
