HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Put 100gr unsalted dried nuts in the mixing bowl and mix

Put in the mixing bowl 220gr oat flakes, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon fround ginger and mix

Put in the mixing bowl 60gr melted coconut oil, 60gr agave syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix

Pre heat oven to 175 degrees,

Put parchment paper on a baking tray 35X30cm and lay on the tray the mixture you have in the mixing bowl. Press the mixture with the back of the spoon so that it stucks together.

Bake in the oven on 175 degrees for 20 minutes, Continue with the recipe

Put in the mixing bowl 55gr pitted dates, 50gr dried apricots and chop

Put them in a big bowl with 40gr cranberries and 50gr raisins. Stir with a spoon.

After you bake granola for 20 minutes remove the baking tray from the oven and sprinkle on top rest of all the dried fruits you have in the bowl. Then sprinkle on top 20gr agave syrup and press again granola with an oil greased spoon.

Bake for extra 8 minutes on 175 degrees. Leave it cool and store in an airtight tupper.

1. You can use any dried nuts and dried fruits you prefer .
