GREEN BEAN MUSHROOM CASSEROLE

BREADCRUMBS

Put in mixing bowl 80gr bread torn in pieces and chop

Put breadcrumbs in a small bowl and leave aside.
GREEN BEANS

Put in mixing bowl 1 liter water. Remove measuring cup and place varoma dish on mixing bowl. Weigh 500gr green beans. Then divide the beans in varoma dish and varoma tray.

Put all beans in varoma dish, season with salt and set aside.
MUSHROOM SAUCE

Put in mixing bowl 140gr brown onions, 1 garlic clove and 25gr oil. Chop

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with the aid of spatula and saute.

Put in mixing bowl 300gr mushrooms and saute

Put in mixing bowl 170gr water, 1 vegetable stock, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprica, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon sweet pepper flakes and cook without the measuring cup.

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees

Put a glass above mixing bowl and weigh in 200gr coconut milk and 25gr corn flour. Stir well with a whip until corn flour is fully dissolved.

Put this liquid in mixing bowl and cook without the measuring cup.

Taste the mushroom sauce and adjust seasonings.

Put the beans in a baking tray 25X40 and then stir in the mushroom sauce. Add on top breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Serve warm.
ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ
If you want to save time you can boil green beans in a pot while you make breadcrumbs and mushroom sauce. Boil the beans for 10 minutes in water where you have already seasoned with salt.
