THIN BUT GOOEY BROWNIES WITH A WONDERFUL SMELL OF GINGER, NUTMEG AND CINNAMON. FILLED WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND WALNUTS.

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ

Put in the mixing bowl 100gr walnuts and chop for half a second

Put crushed walnuts in a bowl and leave aside.

Put in mixing bowl 130gr whole grain tahini and 40gr coconut oil. Mix

Add in the mixing bowl 380gr almond flour, 80gr coconut sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda and 2 tablespoons gingerbread spice. Mix

Add in the mixing bowl 60gr maple syrup and 120gr coconut milk and mix

Add in the mixing bowl 60gr chocolate chips and walnuts which you left aside. Mix

Mix again with the aid of spatula to make sure that chocolate chips and walnuts are everywhere in the mixture.

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and put parchment paper in a baking tray approximately 20X40cm

Transfer your mixture into the lined baking tray and sprinkle extra gingerbread spices on top. Make sure to even the surface with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 13 minutes. The brownie is eggless, so you can under-bake them slightly. Remember, the brownie will continue to cook as they cool.

Remove the baking tray and let it cool before you cut in pieces.
ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΣ

You can make your own gingerbread spices if you like. Add in a small bowl 2 tablespoons allspice ground, 2 tablespoons cinnamon ground, 2 tablespoons ginger ground, 1 tablespoon cloves ground, 1 tablespoon nutmeg ground and a pinch of black pepper ground. Stir with a spoon and save it in an airtight container.

ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ

1. Instead of chocolate chips you can use white vegan chocolate which you will cut in small pieces.
2. Instead of walnuts you can add any nut you prefer.
3. If your coconut oil is solid you can put it in the mixing bowl as you do on step 3 but change the time to 20 seconds, add 95 degrees on speed 3 to melt it.
