GINGERBREAD BROWNIE
THIN BUT GOOEY BROWNIES WITH A WONDERFUL SMELL OF GINGER, NUTMEG AND CINNAMON. FILLED WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND WALNUTS.

You can make your own gingerbread spices if you like. Add in a small bowl 2 tablespoons allspice ground, 2 tablespoons cinnamon ground, 2 tablespoons ginger ground, 1 tablespoon cloves ground, 1 tablespoon nutmeg ground and a pinch of black pepper ground. Stir with a spoon and save it in an airtight container.
1. Instead of chocolate chips you can use white vegan chocolate which you will cut in small pieces.
2. Instead of walnuts you can add any nut you prefer.
3. If your coconut oil is solid you can put it in the mixing bowl as you do on step 3 but change the time to 20 seconds, add 95 degrees on speed 3 to melt it.
