Duck with chocolate sauce
Βήμα 1
Season 2 duck breasts with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, rub with 1/2 orange and set aside in a bowl.

Place 300 g water into mixing bowl, insert duck breasts into Varoma dish , place Varoma into position and steam 15 min/Varoma/speed 2.

Arrange 300 g sweet potato, cubed 2-3 cm and 200 g broccoli, florets into Varoma tray, insert into position and steam 15 min/Varoma/speed 2.

Set Varoma aside and empty mixing bowl. Place 200 g orange juice, 1 tsp orange zest, 100 g dark chocolate with 55-60% cocoa, cut into small pieces, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, to taste, 1 pinch salt and 20 g brown sugar into mixing bowl and set 3 min/75˚C/speed 2.5.

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and brown the breasts for about 3 minutes on each side. Cover the duck breasts for 2-3 minutes, slice and serve with the vegetables and chocolate sauce.
