Add the onions already cleaned and cut into wedges, into the TM

Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with the spatula and add 1 tablespoon or (25 grams) of olive oil. Cook for 2 min/100°C/speed 2.

Place the bulgur, 1 tbs of oil and slowly mix with the spatula to ensure it is evenly spread in the TM bowl.
Add 100 ml water and cook for 1 min/100°C/speed 2.

Place the 200 grams can of chopped tomatoes.
600 ml water, 1 tbs of salt and the black pepper.

Your Pourgouri is ready. Serve warm with Greek yoghurt, olives and chopped parsley on top. Can also be used a side dish or vegetarian filling.
