ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Cypriot brunch with halloumi omelet
Βήμα 1
Lightly grease 4 heat-resistant or silicon mold and set aside.

With a fork, prick 2 cypriot sauces, in various spots and insert them into simmering basket and set aside.

Place 120 g halloumi, cut in pieces into mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 8.

Add 6 eggs, 240 g milk, 1 pinch dried mint, 1 pinch salt and ground pepper, to taste and mix 1 min/speed 4. Transfer mixture into 4 prepared molds. Cover molds with cling film. Rinse mixing bowl.

Insert molds into Varoma dish. Place 500 g into mixing bowl, insert Varoma and simmering into position and cook 25 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove cling film from molds and and invert, one mold at a time, onto a plate.

Serve each dish with 1/2 sausage, sliced diagonally, 1/2 tomato, cut in slices, 1/2 cucumber, cut in slices, 5-6 olives, and 1 slice of bread. Garnish each slice with fresh mint leaves.

You can serve with whatever bread you like, e.g. bagel, wholemeal or pita.
