BASE
Βήμα 1
Put in the mixing bowl 30gr walnuts and crush

Put crushed walnuts in a big bowl and leave aside.

Put in the mixing bowl 200gr oat flour, 105gr almond flour,1/2 teaspoon salt, 30gr melted coconut oil, 50gr maple syrup, 10gr water and mix

Remove from the mixing bowl 140gr mixture from your base and put it in the bowl with crushed walnuts. Stir with a spoon and leave aside.

Put parchment paper in a loaf tin. Lay inside the rest of the mixture which is left in the mixing bowl and even the surface with the back of a spoon.
FILLING

Put in the mixing bowl 10gr melted coconut oil, 310gr peeled apples cut in small pieces, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ginger and cook

Scrape down the sides using the aid of spatula. Then put in a small bowl 10gr corn flour with 2 tablespoons water and stir with a spoon to dissolve the corn flour. Then add this mixture in the mixing bowl along with 60gr maple syrup and 25gr raisins. Cook

Pre heat oven to 175 degrees.

Put the mixture from the mixing bowl on the base in the loaf tin. Even the surface. Then add on top the mixture you left aside with the walnuts. Press softly to create an even surface.

Cook in the oven for 35 minutes on 175 degrees.

Let it cool down. Put in the fridge for an hour and then cut in bars. Store in an airtight tupper.
ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ

1. Instead of maple syrup you can use agave syrup.
2. If you dont have oat flour you can make your own. Before you start the recipe, put in the mixing bowl 200gr oat flakes and grind for 10 seconds on speed 7.
3. If you dont have almond flour you can make your own. You need to use raw, unsalted almonds. Put in the mixing bowl 110gr almonds and grind 10 seconds on speed 7.
