BASE
Βήμα 1
Put in mixing bowl 150gr oat flour, 60gr coconut flour, 90gr maple syrup, 40gr melted coconut oil and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Mix

Put parchment paper in a pan 20x35 cm approximately and put inside the base mixture. With the help of a spoon and the help of parchment paper make sure that the surface is even. Put the pan in the fridge until you prepare the filling.
FILLING

Put in the mixing bowl 200gr raw unsalted pistachios, 30gr maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder and mix

Put the filling above the base and put it in the fridge for half an hour to firm.
TOPPING
Βήμα 1
Put in the mixing bowl 60gr dark chocolate and 35gr almond milk. Melt

Put the melted chocolate above the filling and put it in the fridge again so that the chocolate firms up.
Βήμα 3
When the mixture is stiff remove from the pan and cut in bars. They last in the fridge for a week.
