Place 200 g strawberries, 200 g sugar and 10 g lemon juice cook 15 min/110 °C/speed 2.5, without measuring cup. Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool. Clean and dry mixing bowl.

Base

Place a bowl on mixing bowl lid and weigh inside 50 g milk and 5 g brandy. Dip the top half part of the biscuits into the milk/brandy mixture and cover the bottom of the base of the round glass dish with the soaked surface facing upwards.
Creme filling and Assembly

Place 100 g sugar and 1/2 lemon peel, cut into thin slices and grind 10 sec/speed 10.

Add 500 g anari cheese,unsalted, cut into pieces, 150 g chocolate hazelnut spread and 20 g cheese and mix 15 sec/speed 7.

Add 250 g fresh cream and mix again 20 sec/speed 7.

Spread the cream filling evenly over the sponge biscuits and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. Top with an even layer with the strawberry jam before serving.
