BULGUR WITH VEGGIES

Put the simmering basket above the mixing bowl and weigh in 200gr wholegrain bulgur. Then wash the bulgur and leave it aside in the simmering basket to drain.

Put in the mixing bowl 120gr brown onions cut in 4 and 40gr olive oil. Chop

Add in the mixing bowl 400gr chopped tomatoes in a tin, 50gr tomato juice, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 vegetable stock, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar and chop

Add in the mixing bowl 450gr water, 80gr frozen peas, 80gr frozen sweetcorn and put the simmering basket in the mixing bowl. Cook

Transfer the bulgur in a big bowl and toss the sauce from the mixing bowl on top. Then stir with the spatula. Serve immediately.
ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΣ

If you prefer using fresh tomatoes, then before you start making the recipe, put in the mixing bowl put 400gr tomatoes cut in big pieces and chop for 6 seconds on sped 7. Transfer in a small bowl until you will need to use them.
