ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Blueberry cake
Βήμα 1
Preheat oven to 185 degrees. Grease a 24-26 cm ring pan and set aside.

Place sugar (300 gr. ) and lemon zest (one lemon) in mixing bowl and grind 10 seconds/Speed 10.

Add butter in pieces (175 gr. ) , 4 eggs and mix for 1 minute/ speed 5

Add flour (250 gr. ), 2 teaspoon baking powder and mix 10 seconds/ speed 5

Add sour cream (200 gr. ), blueberries (150 gr. )and mix with spatula

Transfer to prepared pan and cook in preheated oven (185 degrees) for 45-60 minutes (depends on the oven)
Βήμα 7
Remove from oven and allow cake to cool for 5 minutes. Transfer cake to wire rack and allow to cool before serving. Garnish with icing sugar (optional)
