Βήμα 1
Put parchment paper in a loaf tin and leave aside. Put in mixing bowl 130gr water, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 8gr instant yeast and mix

Add in mixing bowl 200gr beetroots, 100gr red peppers and mix

Scrape down sides with the aid of spatula and in mixing bowl 480gr flour, 30gr olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon rosemary and knead

Put the dough in a big bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel. Leave to prove in a warm place until doubled in size (approx. 30 minutes). In the meantime pre heat oven to 180 degrees.

Put the dough in the loaf tin and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes approximately.

Allow to cool in tin for 5 minutes then transfer onto a wire rack. Serve warm or allow to cool completely, then transfer into a sealable container until ready to serve
