Put in mixing bowl 160gr brown onions, 1 garlic clove and 30gr olive oil. Chop

Put in mixing bowl 270gr orzo, 1 vegetable stock, 510gr water, 250gr tomato passata, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and cook

Serve warm immediately. You can garnish with vegan parmesan if you like!
