Put in the mixing bowl 530gr apples cut in small pieces, 50gr coconut sugar, juice from half a lemon, 60gr water, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 10gr corn flour. Mix

Pre heat oven to 175 degrees.

VARIATIONS

1. You can use bio corn flakes with no sugar so that you can treat your children with these amazing bars.
2. If your dates are not soft then put them in water for half an hour before you start making the recipe.
3. You can use any nut butter you like. Cashew butter, peanut butter or hazelnut butter. You can also omit the butter and use 50gr coconut oil instead.
