ALMOND BUTTER

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put 300gr raw, unsalted almonds on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them cool down well.

Put the almonds in the mixing bowl and mix

Scrape down the sides using the aid of spatula and mix again

Scrape down the sides using the aid of spatula and mix again

Put the almond butter in a jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 months!
ΠΑΡΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ
You can mix the almond butter for less time if you prefer but your almond butter will be crunchier than smooth. This is up to you. My recipe is for a smooth almond butter.
